What our customers have to say

I just cleaned some mouldy motorcycle gloves in my garage, looks like the products work well. The mould was quite thick, and the gloves had been in a box since last July when we moved, I have so much riding gear I'm still unpacking. These gloves when I saw them, I held my breath pulling them out the box because those mould spoors get airborne and next thing you know, you have lung issues, like most blokes I didn't read the bottle and just sprayed away, the mould just dissolved, It's good stuff!

We had some saddles that came in for repair which were mouldy because of the current conditions in Queensland. We used the Leather Remedy rid-mould leather cleaner spray followed by the beeswax leather conditioning balm.Amazing results. Easy to apply and not time consuming. We were very impressed with the product.

This saddle came in for repair, when it turned up it had been wet and was mouldy. I decided to try leather remedy rid-mould spray which took the mould off and killed the spores, once dry I used part two of the product the beeswax leather conditioner which to my surprise bought the leather up like new. I would have no problem with recommending this product to be used to fight mould on any leather product.

FAQ

Leather Remedy’s Mould Protector Leather Balm is expertly crafted to shield leather from mould, a common issue in Australia’s humid climate. Formulated with a bio-based blend of moisturising beeswax, lavender, and natural oils, it creates an invisible, protective barrier that repels moisture, perspiration, and mould spores. This eco-friendly balm not only prevents mould growth but also nourishes leather, keeping it soft, supple, and vibrant. Regular application ensures your leather goods, from handbags to furniture, remain mould-free and beautifully maintained for years.

Yes, Leather Remedy’s Rid-Mould Leather Cleaner is designed for versatility and safety across all leather types, including smooth, suede, and nubuck, as well as non-leather surfaces like vinyl.

Formulated in Sweden with plant-based, non-toxic ingredients, this pH-balanced cleaner gently removes mould, mildew, and surface dirt without stripping leather’s natural oils. Its chemical-free composition ensures it won’t damage or dry out delicate leather, making it a trusted choice for restoring shoes, jackets, furniture, and more while preserving their longevity and appearance.

For optimal mould protection and leather conditioning, apply Leather Remedy’s Mould Protector Leather Balm every 3-6 months, depending on your environment and leather usage.

Start by cleaning the leather with Rid-Mould Leather Cleaner to remove dirt or mould, then apply a thin layer of balm using a soft cloth in circular motions. This routine ensures a robust defence against mould, especially in humid Australian conditions, while keeping leather hydrated and resistant to cracking or fading. Regular maintenance extends the life of your leather goods significantly.
